At Laziofy, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
Please read our return and refund process carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if the product is broken, damaged, or not working at the time of delivery.
To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • You must contact us within 2 days of delivery.
  • You must share a live video of unboxing clearly showing the issue.
  • The product must be unused, with all original packaging and tags intact.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size, color, or change of mind
  • Minor differences in color, texture, or logo (as first-copy items may vary slightly)
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

Please remember: our products are first-copy replicas, not original branded items.


3. Replacement Process

If your return is approved after review:

  • We’ll send a replacement of the same product or offer store credit if unavailable.
  • The replacement process may take 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item.

4. Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The ordered product is out of stock, or
  • The replacement is not possible.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.


5. Return Shipping

If your return is approved, we’ll guide you on the return process.
In most cases, customers must ship the item back using any reliable courier service.
Return shipping costs are usually the customer’s responsibility unless the error was from our side.


6. Damaged or Wrong Product on Delivery

If you receive a broken, non-working, or wrong item, please contact us immediately with proof (photos or a live unboxing video).
We’ll verify the issue and arrange a suitable solution quickly.
