At Laziofy, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely.
This policy explains how we process, pack, and deliver your products across India.
1. Dispatch Time
- All orders are usually dispatched the same day or next working day after order confirmation.
- Orders placed after 4 PM or on Sundays/public holidays are processed on the next working day.
We’ll notify you once your order has been shipped.
2. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Remote or rural areas may take a little longer due to courier availability.
Please note: delays caused by courier companies, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control — but we always do our best to assist.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, we’ll share a tracking ID and link via email or WhatsApp.
You can use it to track your parcel’s journey in real time.
4. Shipping Charges
- We offer Fast & Free Shipping on most orders across India.
- In rare cases (remote areas or bulk orders), minimal delivery charges may apply.
You’ll always see final shipping costs (if any) before payment.
5. Packaging
Every order is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
Fragile items like watches and sunglasses are double-protected with bubble wrap and sturdy boxes.
6. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order is delayed or hasn’t arrived within the estimated time:
- Contact us at support@laziofy.in with your order number.
- We’ll check with the courier partner and update you promptly.
If the package is confirmed lost, we’ll issue a replacement or refund as per our policy.
7. Address Accuracy
Please make sure your delivery address, phone number, and pincode are correct before confirming your order.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
